Play Havoc Demon Hunter like a skilled player: the current priority, cooldowns that line up, AoE when it pays and kicks on the casts that matter.
Eye Beam, Essence Break and The Hunt go out on cooldown. Chaos Strike spends your Fury and Blade Dance goes out between them. In Metamorphosis, Death Sweep and Annihilation go out, and with Fel-Scarred each one goes out first for Demonsurge.
Your Havoc cooldowns go when the priority says so, not when a timer runs out.
Area spells only once enough enemies are around you. You pick the number.
Interrupts on the casts that matter, at the last safe moment, and no stuns on mobs that can't be stunned.
It learns which mobs shrug off your spells and stops casting them there.
Every spell, threshold and line of the priority is yours to change. One switch turns it off.
Lines for spells you don't have are skipped, so it follows your talents.
